• Nationally recognized and accredited DOL pre- apprenticeship program providing resources, employment opportunities and high quality job skills to a specialized population using non-traditional training methods to acquire good jobs.
• Utilizing an immersive and interactive Xperience of rare and real scenarios that place participants in the shoes of individuals returning to society through participation in a reentry simulation. Participants are tasked with navigating real-world challenges firsthand such as housing, employment, and social services, while facing systemic barriers.
• Providing high quality hybrid and hands-on training for STEAM and high-quality career pathways creating a more diverse pool of talent.​
• Access to networking with industry speakers, subject matter experts, and entrepreneurs.
• Entrepreneurship and innovative programs for K-12 to cultivate craft skills essential for success and economic growth.

CommunicatioN OPPORTUNITIES

• All curriculum meets or exceeds NCCER and OSHA qualifications standards and regulations.
• Access to wrap-around services: childcare, female role models, and ongoing support on how to address gender stereotypes in the workplace.

• Mentors and support services for economically disadvantaged individuals integrating or transitioning back in to work. 
• Assistance with transportation and driver's license reinstatement.
• Information and access to employment events and fairs provided to ensure trainees successfully complete training and gain employment.
• Qualification compliance cards issued by designated qualifier upon successful completion of each course.
• Employer/employee engagement and continuous feedback throughout the life of the contract. 
• Services focusing on safety, skill development, mental health awareness and financial literacy,  enabling individuals reentering society the tools needed to successfully reintegrate.
